Pre-treatment for light metals and alloys. Can be used with abrasive blasted iron and steel to provide better adhesion for subsequent coat. As it also has excellent anti-corrosive and weathering properties, it is recommended as a wash-primer for steel plate in all steel works.

Applicable to most types of primers and enamels. Provides and improves on rust preventive capacities of paint systems.

Greenish Yellow

For new or unpainted light metals and alloys, the surface must be clean and dry, free from grease, oil and other foreign matters. For iron steel, abrasive – blast to minimum SA 2.5 and preferably SA 3.

While stirring, slowly add hardener into the base. Then stir the mixture thoroughly for 10 mins. If thinning is required, add thinner not more than 5% for brush application and 10 – 20% for air spray application.
