Nippon 3-in-1

Nippon 3-in-1 is the only household paint that does three jobs in one. It can be washed to remove dirt and stains easily. Its special elastic property makes it stretch to cover existing and future hairline cracks. And its waterproof property protects your walls from water and moisture. Nippon 3-in-1 has passed SISIR's 1,000 hours of weathering test so it can be washed and washed without wearing out. Stains and dirts left by markers, pens, pencils and crayons come off easily by simply rubbing mild detergent. And your walls look clean and new for years
	Nippon 3-in-1 has a special "elastic" property - it actually stretches to cover up hairline cracks. So you avoid the trouble and expense of plastering. And if new hairline cracks form after the painting, you won't even see them. Because everytime a new hairline cracls form, the paint stretches to cover it. Nippon 3-in-1 has 180% elongation property, twice its original length!
Nippon 3-in-1 is and effective waterproof covering for your walls. So water cannot seep through the paint and damage the cement. It has excellent anti-carbonation property and is resistant to fungus, algae, harsh weather, water, alkali and defradation by cement component.

Method : Brush or roller.
Paint Consumption : Theoretical - 6m²/litre.
Practical - 5m²/litre.
Recommended Film Thickness : 70 micron DFT per coat (minimum)
Dilution : No dilution necessary. (For best results).
Surface Preparation : Substrate should be clean, dry and stable before painting.
Treat fungus-growth area with Nippon Fungicidal Wash.

Sealer : 1 coat Nippon Acrylic 5170 Wall Sealer.
Finish : 2 coats Nippon 3-in-1.
Drying Time : Touch Dry - 1 hour at 30°C.
Overcoating Time : 6 hours at 30°C.
PostTreatment : Remove masking tapes with a knife or cutter.
Cleaning : Wash all equipment immediately after use.
Storage : Store in a tightly sealed container below 35°C.
