* Recommended Internet Browser
We recommend you view the site using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or higher and Netscape Communicator 6 or higher. The latest browsers may be downloaded from the Microsoft or Netscape sites respectively. You can view the site with older version browsers, but some features will not appear.

* Colours Setting
In order that photography and paint colours can be properly displayed, we strongly recommend your PC or Macintosh is set to display more than 256 colours and screen area of 800 by 600 pixels or higher. From your PC,

Click on the Windows Start Menu,
Choose Settings, Control Panels and open the Display and
Click the Settings tab. The section marked Colour should display a number greater than 256 and screen area of 800 by 600 pixels or higher
On Macintosh, from the Apple Menu, select Control Panels and
then monitors and sound
then check the colour depth.

* Colour Accuracy
We have made every effort to make the colours on screen as close as possible to the ones you will use. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Photographs and paint chip colour will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution. If you are unsure of a colour, we recommend that you order a tester from your local store.

* Download Time
Downloading pure text is the fastest process, but providing all the pictures and images which together comprise a page can take a little more time. We have optimised our pages and compress our images for a speedy download, and most of the regular background and navigation images need to be downloaded once only and are then cached in your machine's memory, this will speed up the download time. The download time also depands on the internet traffice, the greater the traffic, the slower the response times.
