SAFETY FIRST

It is important that you observe the following points if you're considering do-it-yourself painting.
Paints should always be kept from children.
Store remaining paint in a cool, dry ventilated place.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical advice if pain persists.
On contact with skin, wipe immediately with a cloth and wash with plenty of water and soap.
Wear suitable gloves and eye/face protection.
Wipe away paint spills around the rims of the paint container and lid.
Close lids of paint cans tightly after use. Unused paint must not be left uncovered.
Use a garbage bag for all paint or other items you wish to dispose of. Make sure it is placed in a bin which is secure.
Do not throw paint into the drains around your home.
Make sure there is adequate ventilation when you are painting. If you can smell vapours, open doors and windows.
