The interior is graced by a neutral palette comprising shades of grey, whites and wood tones, creating a contemporary space that exudes a modern industrial look yet is still warm and welcoming. There is a hexagon-shaped feature at the exterior courtyard, which connects to the ground floor study area and blends into the space as a bookrack. Another highlight of the show unit’s interior design is the composition of raw building materials, such as exposed red bricks and raw cement rendering for the wall finishes along with exposed wiring in the living area.
The hexagon design of the study was inspired by the periwinkle, a type of flower shaped like a hexagon.
Wires are purposefully exposed, running along the ceiling and walls as part of a design feature.
