CMI® WallSkim 681

Cement-based skim coat (top coat) to achieve non-powdery surfaces

CMI® WallSkim 681 is an environmentally-friendly, high quality polymer modified cement-based skim coat (topcoat) for application on internal wall and ceilings. By applying on CMI® Base Mortar, concrete and rendered surfaces, it delivers a high quality smooth and non-powdery surface, suitable to receive painting or wallpaper.

  • Pre-mixed with good and consistent quality
  • Pre-packed, complementing IBS construction to achieve good construction quality and less labour intense
  • Good workability, water retentivity and high bonding strength, promoting non-powdery and receiving surface for interior painting works
  • Eco-friendly, certified with Singapore Green Label by Singapore Environment Council
  • Suitable for brick, AAC block and concrete surfaces
