NippoSEAL FLEX 200 is an elastomeric, liquid applied waterproofing membrane. It is air cured to form a seamless, protective, and decorative membrane that is weather resistant, waterproof, and UV-durable. The breathable micro-structure keeps water out but allows water vapour to escape, thus preventing blistering issues. Suitable for above ground, interior and exterior waterproofing applications.

Concrete Roof Substrate: When used as primer, dilute with approximately 30 - 50% of water

Horizontal Surfaces: 0.60 – 0.70kg/m² per coat
Vertical Surfaces: 0.20 – 0.30kg/m² per coat
