Expresskote Sealer
Expresskote Sealer is formulated with a special styrene acrylic polymer for excellent alkaline and efflorescence resistance properties. It can be applied directly onto freshly plastered concrete and cement surfaces with moisture content below 25% measured by Protimeter.
